"While our room itself was comfortable and clean and front desk staff member was respectful, the pool was disgusting. We booked with this hotel because our kids wanted a pool, and we had to immediately leave because the pool room was covered in cockroaches and other bugs. Absolutely ruined the trip for us and we will not be returning nor recommending anyone else to stay here.. shouldn’t offer an amenity you are unable to maintain."
