"I recently stayed at Margaritaville Vacation Club – St. Thomas (May 19–20) with my husband, and the experience was mixed. We received a warm welcome, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a king bed, sofa bed, kitchen, and nice bathroom. However, there is no housekeeping service, which may be inconvenient. The on-site beach was very disappointing—covered in seaweed/sargassum and unusable during our stay. Fortunately, nearby Coki Beach (a short walk) was beautiful, clean, and had great food. We enjoyed delicious jerk chicken and oxtails with generous portions. The resort layout is challenging, with rooms far from the entrance and set on hills. Golf carts are available, but wait times can be long, so expect a lot of walking. The infinity pool with a swim-up bar was a highlight, offering great views, though it requires climbing many stairs, which can feel unsafe after drinking. The on-site restaurant was underwhelming—subpar food, watered-down drinks, and weak coffee. Service from our waiter Chris was a bright spot. Note that an 18% gratuity is automatically added everywhere. The vacation club presentation was frustrating due to poor communication—no clear instructions, missing details, and issues booking promised perks like return transportation. Although a manager eventually resolved the taxi issue, the process was inconvenient. Overall, while there are positives, inconsistencies and lack of communication made the stay feel average."

"Been a beautiful stay at the house. It is a gated community with great views. Very clean. three balconies, plenty of room for the 5 of us. It had one of the beautiful beaches right down the street Reagan's Beach. The house is located 15 minutes from everywhere if you like. Snorkeling they have gear for you all pretty much which they welcome you to use. My wife had said it was one of the most equipped places that she has stayed has everything for us. So if you make it there, enjoy. We did "

"The check in process was a hassle. I didn’t get the unit number or the code to get in well after I was supposed to. My daughter sat outside in the rain with our groceries because I didn’t have the info for her to get in. So that started the trip off on a negative note The generator ran out of gas so we sat in the dark for hours even though the owner had an error code on her phone and could have had it fixed before it ran out. Getting TP for the 3 & 1/2 bathrooms reminded me of Covid. We we hardly there at the unit during the day & we had the smallest rolls of TP & had to buy our own. Owner told me that she’d reimburse me money to make things right but I don’t see that happening. "
