In this case, we will take care of our platform services. The beach club is flexible with family and pet-friendly but the entire hotel is for adults only and that's why you probably saw children over the beach area. Leticia we are very happy for your visit, we are glad that your stay was a great experience in terms of food, staff and stay in our hotel, unfortunately we could not control the sargassum seasonally, but we recommend you come in the months of September to April to Tulum and be able to enjoy our paradisiacal beaches.
