I recently stayed at a stunning resort in Tulum and had an absolutely amazing experience. The location was perfect, right on the pristine beaches with breathtaking ocean views. The resort itself was beautifully designed, blending luxury with the natural beauty of the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, from the relaxing spa to the well-equipped fitness center. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The food was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in Tulum.

The original room bathrooms were not private. We had to upgrade by paying $800 to have more bathroom privacy.

Would not recommend. There’s not a lot of beach area and very rocky when you enter the water. Food was average at best and limited authentic Mexican cuisine . Room service was extremely slow, always over 1.5 hours. One cafe claimed to be open 24 hrs for food but refuses to serve you the majority stating it’s for showcase. 24 hrs for beverages and that’s it as the pastries were always depleted after 10 pm. Not a lot of activities as other resorts. No massages on the beach or hair braiding etc. housekeeping fair, they will only restock your fridge at certain times. They called our room to see if we needed anything, which we did and never received the items. If you tip, you will receive good service outdoors, otherwise not. They provide you with three towels for four guests and always having to request more. In my opinion, this hotel requires new management and changes to be successful. (Don’t leave anything behind in your rooms, as nothing will be found or returned) 3.5 star hotel. Positives: drinks when you arrive, Italian and Japanese restaurants were good and with great service. 24 hr cafe- iced cafe drinks, but don’t expect good after 10 pm. Cons: we had to pay staff to keep on the hockey game in the local pub, slow room service, difficult getting food after certain hours, rooms are small and 3/5 cleanliness. Showers/floors were not cleaned during our stay. Not a fresh smell in rooms, but perhaps due to area of resort. Limited authentic food served and food was 3/5.

As for an all inclusive I would recommend a different one than the Hilton. I was really excited to share a great experience with my family here but was let down. Upon arriving the lobby is beautiful. BUTTTTTT Once you get to a casa you’ll notice the doors are covered in mold, not just one but every room. The room also smells like mold. The food is not good. The room service took 2 hours multiple times. The child’s pool play area was freezing, we had our 5 year old and 2 year old with us, we could not enjoy the water space created for children bc the water was not a decent temperature. The beach access was very rocky and imo not a real beach at all.

This trip was very disappointing for a highly rated “All inclusive” resort. The property was in disrepair in many places, from cracks in the stairs, to dirty lounge cushions at every poolside, damaged cement walkways, and to top it off not ONE hot tub/jacuzzi was fully operational. Either the temperature was faulty and cold, or the bubble switches completely broken. Also, the restaurants were subpar with minimal space for reservations.

This is definitely a resort for relaxing . I wish they had more entertainment for adults and just overall things to do on the resort . But everyone was helpful, place was clean and beautiful. The food was decent ,I would say they need more Vegan options but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I definitely had higher expectations taking is consideration it’s a 5 star Hilton. The hotel itself it’s very nice, looks brand new; however, it still has a lot to improve. The activities are very limited, the food was not good, the drinks are definitely watered down (atleast it felt like they were), and service was okay (not all but some of the staff seemed annoyed to help), the beach area it’s small, and the hotel has 6 or 7 pools but music and entertainment was only provided in one of them which would get very crowded. Overall, I would give the experience a 6/10.

I came here for my husbands 40th birthday and it was a surprise and we definitely had a great time the staff was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had reservations to the restaurants for dinner and they sent bottles of wine and champagne to our room with cake they checked on us daily to see if we needed anything it was a great experience I booked a room in the enclave so it came with special perks like the lounge a certain pool area and the check in process was very smooth didn’t have to do anything with the front desk they welcomed us with a cold towel because it was very hot in Mexico I would definitely recommend and go back I would recommend more activities they had a few but definitely could of been more and longer times to entertain the guest

Felt so welcomed in this place, the views were amazing and the location was pretty isolated. The rooms were nice but did find cockroaches multiple times but other than that, it was a great experience.

Third time is Tulum and by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff is amazing, beautiful views/amenities, food was good, drinks were great. Next time I’m in Tulum I’ll definitely be back.

Really nice property with super helpful and friendly stuff. Only two things were annoying, too many people were smoking, even after the waiter asked them to stop, they did not care and continued smoking/vaping when kids were around. The noise level from some guests is unacceptable! Next to two bachelorette parties in our building, our room neighbors starting building something during the night including hammers and electrical drills. We informed guest service and security made them stop for 30min, afterwards they continued. The guests moved out the next day, but still a very unpleasant experience. Other than that, our stay was perfect, with great food and awesome views. Snorkeling is fun, too and a lot to do for kids! Highly recommend this property!!

Omg this was a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much this country the natives were so kind and Devine. The structure of this resort was beautiful! I can’t wait to bring my family. I have to give a big shout out to Julian he checked us in he was lovely and made us feel welcomed. Now Martin the bellboy was a tremendous help and sought to all my needs. I thank you for keeping my friend and I safe and making sure our taxis came and got us safely. We miss you already. Now the spa was amazing and we had two gentle men who helped us book our spa and treated us like La familia. Juan Mazaba & Andres. You both personality and warm ness you both blessed me! At the spa Ms. Eva she was so beautiful it was my 30th birthday she sung to me in Spanish and it was so special I was sobbing. Thank you so much ! My fav bartenders Oscar ! And Otoniel drinks and professionalism was phenomenal thank you guys ! Lastly , Israel he took care of us for breakfast thank you for serving us. This resort was a true blessing and it was magical I will be returning next year with my family !! 10 stars the food , the drinks , the views , structures , vibes , people , no complaints I loved it loved it ! Our ice machine was not working. And we are big ice lovers, especially in Mexico. For the exception of the Asian restaurant all the food was served cold, which we complained about on numerous occasions.

This resort was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The stay was a 10/10. So very welcoming staff was amazing rooms were fresh & clean. HOWEVER, the food was a 4/10 the restaurants the had were not the greatest in food taste buffet had the same stuff every morning.

Actual resort property is beautiful. The views are unmatched. Weird you can't see any of the resorts from the street though which I guess I like. The food is just ok. For the price you pay, the food/menu can definitely do much better in regards to flavor and availability. Also keep in mind the resort is a good distance away from Tulum center, so you just have to keep that in mind whenever you decide to leave the hotel to explore and do excursions.

This resort although pretty new functions like a well oiled machine. Offers the perks and elite experience that Hilton is usually known for. Food and drink options are plenty while being diverse. Both dine in and buffets offer a wide selection. Our main reason for selecting this resort is due to its Kids friendly approach to activities and stay. They have a day care for 4 years and older kids as well as separate section for teen kids.
