"Generally nice hotel, rooms and great food. However had issue whereby my card was charged three times for same meal. Whilst this was caused by POS, i am disappointed at lack of assistance and contact from hotel to reverse charges. "

The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!

"Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though.
