Pas a la hauteur de ce que l'on peut attendre

L'hotel est partagé sur 2 sites coupés par le parking. La partie "adults only" n'est donc pas en bordure immédiate de la plage. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien... Sauf que notre chambre etait en bordure directe de la route (séparée par une simple paillasse verticale) et donc environnement bruyant (bus, voitures, motos, sans oublier les pietons). Sauf que les personnes logées dans les chambres situées derrière la notre devaient emprunter un chemin longeant notre terrasse et donc aucune intimité ! Sauf qu'on annonce repas possible au bar et qu'il s'agit en fait uniquement de 2 sandwichs encore pires que ceux des aires d'autoroutes (un triangle de pain de mie avec une lamelle de jambon "en plastique" et sans goût et sa copue en fromage, ou un triangle au thon). Le personnel est par contre très agréable, tout est très propre et la chambre spacieuse et confortable. Quant aux buffets, ils sont gigantesques avec un très large choix mais beaucoup de produits sont sans grande saveur comme les salades de fruits en boite... Peut etre vaudrait il mieux moins de choix mais plus de produits de qualité.

Die Suiten sind hervorragend groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schönes Badezimmer, großer Schrank und hartes Bett (haben Topper bekommen und alles war gut), sehr ruhige und entspannte Lage ohne Animationstrubel (findet im Haupthaus gegenüber statt), schöne kleine Bar, fantastisch warme Whirrpool in ausreichender Zahl, viele kostenlose liegen und Plätze

El lugar es muy bonito, pero la habitación tenía muchas humedades de la bañera, el aire acondicionado era casi testimonial y el wifi casi inexistente (si no pagas 3€ al día por el premium). Nos encantó el lugar, las piscinas son preciosas aunque pequeñas para todos los alojamientos que hay, los jacuzzis la mayoría estropeados. Para comer hay que desplazarse a otro hotel y la comida es bastante mala, por lo que considero que no vale la pena comer en el hotel con la gran oferta gastronómica de calidad que existe en la isla. Por otra parte, los gatos campan a sus anchas ya que las trabajadoras de limpieza los alimentan muy bien. Se meten en el apartamento, ocupan las tumbonas de la terraza o incluso se meten en el comedor y en varias ocasiones vi como miccionaban en los muebles del mismo, bastante anti-higienico. Por otra parte, la animación o las actividades como el Yoga no está pensado para españoles, ya que los animadores no saben hablar ni una palabra en castellano.

Hotel à taille humaine, calme et bien centré pour visiter l'île. L'établissement est pour adultes et c'est trés appréciable. 5eme séjour et toujours satisfait. la piscine chauffée et protégée du vent est un vrai plus. Beaucoup d'hôtels n'en ont pas. Une longue esplanade devant l'hôtel est présente pour une balade après les repas. Je recommande.

Lovely quiet Spanish village, not for you if you're looking for lively or loads of bars etc! Hotel is completely adults only and mostly French and German, predominantly couples. Food is decent with lots of variety. Beach is black sand, stunning but lots of rocks. Romantic section is an upgraded bit of the hotel, lovely garden with hot tubs and gives you little perks like unlimited access to the spa in the main hotel, which is a great spa.

Schöner, ruhiger Aufenthalt

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns für den Aufenthalt in den Romantic Suites entschlossen, die zum nebengelegenen R2 Hotel gehören. Die Suites sind in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenanlage mit vielen Palmen und Blumen untergebracht. Es hat darin einen wunderschönen Pool, Jaccuzzis, eine Sauna und sogar eine eigene Bar für die Fantasy Suite Gäste. Unser Zimmer war von der Ausstattung her ebenfalls angenehm, die Matratze war einfach steinhart und ich hatte jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wird im grossen Restaurant des R2 eingenommen. Dort herrscht typisches Buffet und die Bedienung scheint ziemlich überfordert, so dass für die Bestellung von Getränken eine lange Wartezeit eingerechnet werden muss. Die Qualität der Speisen ist durchwachsen: Manchmal gab es totgekochtes Fleisch, daneben aber super leckere Salate. Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut, aber ich wurde nicht positiv überrascht. Absolutes No Go war allerdings der praktisch ungeniessbare Kaffee aus der Maschine und die künstlichen Fruchtsäfte. Am Abend gab es jeweils ein Unterhaltungsprogramm, das aber meist so langweilig und unispiriert war, dass wir uns in die schöne Anlage der Fantasy Suites zurückzogen und einen Prosecco im Jaccuzzi genossen, abseits von den anderen Gästen.

Möchtegern Designhotel

Netter Service. Essen wie in schlechter Kantine: sehr häufig verkocht, fad und lieblos. Selbst kanarische Küche sehr enttäuschend. Vorspeisenbufet fast alles ausm Glas, Kanarische Kartoffeln aussen fast verbrannt und innen matschig, Fleisch zäh oder trocken, Nudeln pampig. Getränke na ja: Kaffee ist eher Zumutung, Hausweine gepanscht, All In Getränke nur Sekt, Bier und Gin genießbar. Wir waren fast nur aushäusig lecker essen. Das Doppelzimmer groß mit schönem Bad, aber ohne Bestuhlung bzw. Couch. Ameisen im Kühlschrank und im Zimmer keine Reinigung der Trinkgläser. Sorry, aber für uns weder Design- noch 4 Sternehotel!

Hôtel au calme, romantique

très bonne expérience pour cet hôtel au calme, suite au top avec petit salon et chambre, SDB avec baignoire... 2 télévision, bouilloire, peignoirs, produits de douche, tout équipé un vrai oasis de calme. l'hôtel est situé près du Bahia plage qui pour le coup est beaucoup plus "animé" (pour ne pas dire usine), si vous souhaitez de l'animation, c'est possible aussi. Nous concernant, c'est tout ce dont nous rêvions, piscine et transats, calme et all inclusive. petit bémol : le café est vraiment horrible, et les alcools proposés pas top (peut-être proposer des alcools meilleurs en payant un supplément?) et le Wi-Fi est très capricieux... en dehors de ça, tout était parfait, le personnel sympathique, la nourriture bonne (sauf pour les desserts), les serveurs agréables et le personnel de ménage au top.
