「The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. 」

「3連休を利用してこのホテルに滞在しました。このホテルを選択した理由はキッチンが部屋についていると言うことです。ホテル全体的に非常に手入れが行き届いており清潔感があり好感が持てました。各部屋内のキッチンオーブントースターと電子レンジはあるのですがにコンロ等の加熱調理器具がなかったことが少し残念でした。ただ中庭のBBQグリルを利用すればある程度調理ができたので満足です。」

The small room upstairs had a very low slanted ceiling - it’s good for kids, but not great for adults. I kept bumping my head on the ceiling from standing up.
