"Everything was nice for a family of three. The unit does need more storage cabinets in the kitchen. A closet in the master bedroom would have been nice instead of just hooks."

"Cozy spot, as advertised. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and this was enough space for all of us. The single bed in the upstairs bedroom was very small, and the room with bunk beds is cave-like, but our kids enjoyed it. Hot tub and game room were all functioning and were easy to access. Close to Tahoe Vista and grocery stores and restaurants."

"This is a great place for 2 (there is a couch and, I believe, a rollaway bed so 4 could probably make it). It’s small/cozy, but we don’t vacation for the accommodations. We don’t want to stay in a dump, but we go places to see and do so we don’t spend lots of hours, or days, lounging around our room. It’s been renovated recently. Full kitchen (including dishwasher) and bath. Pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker…basics for meal prep if you don’t want to eat out 2-3 times a day. It’s only 2-3...

"We never received the key codes for bldg and room entry. Had to get there before close so get codes. Office help was very helpful. Room was clean and warm. Wi-if and cell connection was spotty but the views of the lake were beautiful. Enjoyed our stay."

"The overall facility was nice and was somewhat quiet. Room was remodeled and was more than adequate, bed was comfortable. The location of the room leaves a lot to be desired. You basically have a slider opening to a 10 foot wide alley. We were fine with the steps but if you have mobility issues it would be a major obstacle. The photos show a room with a fireplace and lake view, that’s a common area that is seldom free of other owners / guests. Would not stay there again. "

"Upon on arrival the staff was very curtious and helpful. Then we got to our room. The room was very worn and neglected. Doors not closing, mold throughout the bathroom and broken tiles. Worn furniture etc… The owner was rude and didn’t seem to worried about our concerns. We definitely got the feeling of I don’t care someone else would take it!! Not as described."
