「All good except the woman at the front desk when we were leaving. She refused to even acknowledge us. She just glared. Strange.」

「Room itself was not bad! Bed and bedding was comfortable. Bathroom door right across from bed with frosted glass door woke everyone when light turned on. No room service during 4 day/3 night stay despite signage saying every 2 days. Trash by elevator ignored for over 24 hours. Employee upon check-in trashing company, new computer system, hotel, other rooms occupied when new guests went to room. Ice bucket lid upon check in, no ice bucket, no coffee pods in room at check in, no extra...

「This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like.」

「The first room they checked me into had very sticky floors, smudged, refrigerator, and dishwasher and a dirty interior of the refrigerator. The room just felt dirty. I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor. Much different than the first time I was there back in April. It’s a very nice property and they allow dogs so that’s A Plus, but I was disappointed in...

「This place is great overall. Owners were very nice and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, private free parking it was an experience for the books. If we come back to south bend we will be trying to stay here again.」
