There is a hospitality staff strike, and we were sent to a sister hotel across the street, which hotel also could not accommodate us, but the skeleton staff there were very helpful in directing us to nearby accommodation, where we were able to book anew."

We were there in the winter and the heat was up to high for us, we literally had to open the window while it was snowing to cool our room down. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful."
