One of the highlights was the outdoor wellness area: the sauna, plunge pool, and spa bath were exceptional and made for a truly memorable experience. "We stayed in a Harbour Apartment with a deck. It was spacious and nicely equipped. Beautiful views! Very short walk to beach and hotel. Enjoyed the sauna and arctic plunge. Short hike to top of hill at end of boardwalk had spectacular panoramic views!"

"We were lucky to get upgraded to a master suite which was very welcome. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone. The hotel is in a convenient place with pick up for Northern Lights tours just outside along with airport buses. Close to many restaurants and shops too. Decor is starting to be on the verge of a need of a refresh but still looks nice on the whole."
