"This was our second stay at the Boathouse and we were not disappointed. The setting is outstanding with 180 degree unobstructed views of the harbor including great sunsets over the ocean. The house is very comfortable with excellent attention to detail. We had a great time kayaking, hiking, reading, jig saw puzzling, and just enjoying the view. My only suggestion is the kitchen could use more forks and an orange juicer. We are planning our return."

"Terrific house for a larger gathering of family and friends. Comfortable bedrooms and fun common spaces, including a huge pool/game room and an expansive deck. The small oceanside village of Trinidad is a real jewel, with a number of scenic beaches within walking or short driving distance. We especially enjoyed the beach immediately accessible by a short trail from the house. Some features of the house are a bit dated but this is far outweighed by the overall comfort, amenities, and location of this listing."
