"This property is very run down, way more than the photos are showing. Hand rails are very rusty, paint missing everywhere, steps are a mess. Fridge leaked and freezer door doesnt shut very well. Very bland apartment, again needs a serious paint. "

"Staff were great and location to the beach was brilliant. Not very impressed with the views, we were promised ocean views but all i could see is the derelict building site below with an enormous amount of trash and dumping right outside, and graffiti/vandalism. Maybe a discussion with the council to prompt cleaning that up! Really spoilt the feel. Cleaners were good so overall not really a problem with cleanliness, however the carpet could do with a deep clean or renew - our feet were black within 20mins of being in there. "

"Check in was easy and the place was great. There was a bit of a sewage smell coming from the front bathroom so we had to keep all the doors open with air con on as it drifted through to the living room. We were out most of the day so didn’t affect us and everything else was fine. "
