Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean.
Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes.
Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

Excellent modern hotel in Seomyeon downtown Busan. Room is spacious and the window large enough to let in the light even though it was listed as a ventilation window.
