Ugh Apparently you need to request house cleaning daily- something they failed to share when I checked in. The staff was friendly and kind. I received no receipt because “I booked through Expedia”. Strange because I book through Expedia all the time and hotels print me receipts. I request late check out and confirmed 4x with the front desk that it was set. Then I received a call the day off to verify if I was staying later than I requested. "
