「It was our first time here. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The music is great. Dining at Council Oaks steak and seafood was a great experience. Will definitely be back for that. Pool was very nice and well maintained. Bartenders and servers will go out of their way to make you feel on vacation. Rooms are pricey - nothing too showy- but they do the job. We don’t gamble and still had a great time.」

「This hotel is nice and in a beautiful location. It is close to Main Street Blowing Rock with its many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed for renovations which we did not know when we booked. That was a disappointment. If you like to travel with your dog, this is the place for you.」

「The condo was lovely, had been thoroughly cleaned, and was in a nice quiet environment with views of the forest and grazing deer. Amenities included an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna which was located ed in the main building on floor 2. Would definitely return.」
