「Thank you to the manager and front desk staff for helping us with our booking. There was a glitch in the system and our booking with Expedia did not register with the hotel’s booking platform. The hotel was fully booked and did not have a similar room like we booked available. The manager graciously accommodated us and helped us immediately and even provided an upgrade. We were also pleasantly surprised that the location was very nice by the river and we could take evening and morning walks...

「The staff was nice and the pool was awesome, but the property is run down and it feels like they just threw a coat of paint in it rather than doing necessary updates. The bathroom had a broken light switch and the toilet was wonky. The water pressure was super hard and the drain couldn’t keep up so you had to stand in your dirty water when taking a shower. The bathroom also smelled like musty mildew. The breakfast was also really sad. The juice machine was broken and the hot water for oatmeal...
