"The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂"

"We stayed at Hotel Heritage in Ljubljana on our first night in Slovenia, and it was such a welcoming place to start our trip. The room was a little small, but it was super clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the location could not be better — right in the center of everything. Just a heads-up for travelers: you can’t drive up to the hotel, so you’ll need to walk about 5–8 minutes with your luggage. We were only there for a short stay, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it for the location and the hospitality."

"The cabin was so clean and extremely comfortable. There was some nice mood lighting touches in the cabin and air conditioning that could be controlled on a panel in the cabin.
The view from the lift area was amazing, you could see the castle. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The hotel is in a perfect area, just a short walk from the river, I couldn’t have asked to stay in a better hotel. "
