Clean home, amenities ok. Location was questionable when we first saw the home but after being there we felt safe. Front and back doors need better security locks, too easy to break into. Very old home with a nice interior paint. Ideal for a short term stay 2-3 days.

AC Was broken and they didn’t disclose

We rented this house to be close for our granddaughter’s graduation. When we got to the house we were surprised to see a small window unit. The house was very hot and humid. I tried to adjust the the central AC but the unit would not cut on. I have been an HVAC tech for 50 years. I contacted the rental company and learned that the AC went out during the previous guests stay. I was advised that there was another ac in the closet. It was a portable that had to be vented through a window. Neither window could be secured and there were cracks open to the outside. If someone want to break in, they would have had no trouble. We would have NEVER rented this house in this condition. The least they could have done was to contact us and let us know that the AC was not working. They didn’t offer any compensation for our inconvenience so we asked for reimbursement of one day rental fee, but they would only agree to 1/2 a day. This very deceptive and unethical. We would not recommend renting ANY property through this management company. Worst experience we have ever had.

Would not recommend

The communication with property management was fine, however there were several issues with the home. The smell was overpowering - not sure if it was animal urine or pesticide application; the toilet in the master bath would get stuck causing the macerating pump to run all night (sounded as if someone was banging on the floor literally every 2 minutes); holes in the wall; open spaces around front door; one air conditioner in living room - none in other areas; shower curtain liner missing in one bath and mildewy in the other. Only reason we did not seek lodging elsewhere was due to the short stay and proximity to people we were in the area to see.

This Trenton Ga. home was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet. It was nice to be able to get away for a while and relax in a comfortable environment.

Nice little place

Lovely place to stay, well maintained. Very clean!! It has everything you need! We actually walked to the store for groceries! Highly recomend it. Communicating with host was easy and always got back within minutes.

Nickajack fishing & Lineman Visit

I was down to fish a tournament on Nickajack and my nephew just started lineman school in Trenton. It was a perfect location for my wife and I, and his parents to visit him & close enough to the lake. Communication with Sage was top notch & would definitely book again if in the area.

Cozy and Close to Everything

We had a great stay. The house was cozy, clean and close to pretty much everything. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. I recommend this cute getaway for any length of time.

Unsanitary

The property would have been great if it was sanitary. There was blood stains on the mattress, all kinds of stain on the pillows and carpet in the mastered room. The carpet had a smell to it like it was soured. Most of the light bulbs were burnt out, the doors don't close properly and leaves large gaps for air and bugs to come in. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures. Just didn't seem like there was in pride in keeping the property up.

Ruby falls get away

Cute little home in a quite neighborhood. Friendly neighborhood with lots of options for food and shopping near. Beds are very comfortable and lots of room to spread out.

October Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed our stay! It was a nice cozy place for me and my family. The property manager was very attentive and quick to answer all my questions. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Highly Recommend

This was a wonderful place. We were in town for sight seeing and a wedding. Within 5 minutes of the venue and 20 minutes from Cloudcanyon Sate Park and Raccoon Mountain. The area is peaceful and the beds were supper comfy. The house is furnished nicely. Few food places and a grocery store within 10 minutes. Would definetly stay here again if i get out there again.

Chattanooga trip
