「Absolutely delightful hotel. Me and a friend booked a room each for the Hay Festival, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were wonderful; helpful, friendly, even showed us to our rooms. The location was great, not too far away but far enough that I’d was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast is well worth the money, as is the Old Barn pub across the road, where we ate that night. A fantastic stay, I can’t wait to return with my husband next time.」

「We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. 「Bed was reasonably comfortable. We were there during a heat wave, no fan in our room but one was provided for our second night. Parking was a bit of a challenge. For Canadian travellers, not the traditional B&B, breakfast is not automatically included in your stay, check to see if you have paid extra! Very busy street, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper and book a room facing the street. Check in was fast and easy.」

"アメリカの今まで行ったホテルにはコーヒーメーカーがあっても湯沸かしポットはなかったが紅茶の国だからなのか湯沸かしポットがあったのは嬉しかった コーヒーはインスタントだかティーバッグは種類もありマグカップもグラスもちゃんとしていたのが良かった アメニティがないのが残念なところでした。あとは良かったと思います。"
