"We loved our stay, we will definitely come back. The staff were amazing, welcoming, friendly & they were there for our needs.
We especially loved the garden, it helped us to relax, which we needed in our fast pace jobs in the South East.
Thank you 💜"
"Location was great! Coastal walk on your doorstep & easy walk into Falmouth town. Pool was great 😊
Rooms are dated but clean & comfortable. Meals & staff were very attentive! Prices reasonable.
Would stay again!"
"Staff were super nice, gardens were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Nice location close to Falmouth, but very rural feel. Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this.
My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside.
Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and uneven mattresses with noticeable indents where people tend to generally sleep. In morning when going to breakfast we had to dodge piles of dirty linen and supplies all along the narrow hallway where cleaning staff had stripped beds already. Seemed an odd system for a 4 star hotel.
Despite these last comments still a very pleasant stay!"
Woodpeckers, a comfortable modern house, set in beautiful, tranquil gardens.
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful accommodation, way nicer than the pictures show! Lots of useful things supplied, teapot, cafetiere...everything you may need! Loved staying here so much, and will absolutely book again if I get the opportunity 10/10"
A beautiful 250 year old thatched cottage close to Frenchman's Creek. 2 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Barbara and Maurice are the hosts you always want to meet, everything is provided to make your stay at Myrtle Cottage a comfortable and pleasant experience. Its like staying at a friends house. A home made cake, eggs, milk and homemade jam were on site, along with all of the basics that make cooking convenient. The quirky galley kitchen is great, only room for one person! Highly recommended."
"Pat was a very attentive host and lovely to talk to.
John the chef is very passionate about the local produce - The Grey Mullet served whole was incredible!"
"We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows.
Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available.
There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk.
They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink and make our own beds!"
