Waterfront Newly Finished 3 bedroom/2 1/2 bath House & 50 ft. Long Dock with Power (dock power charge extra). Back Porch Overlooking Deep Water Canal with Access to the Ocean. Minutes from Boat Fuel Dock. Short Walk or Golf Cart Ride to One of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the Bahamas. Dock use approval needed with booking. Boats shown in pictures will not be at Dock unless told Otherwise. Ability to Expand Dock Use to 100 ft of Dock. "Yellow House" next door could be rented to allow an expand multifamily experience with 2 house, 5 bedrooms, and 100 ft of dock. Temporary Generator Power Available upon Request, but additional charge. No generator.

Big Yellow was a lovely and relaxing stay. It had its own dock on a quiet inlet and a short drive to the lovely Treasure Cay beach.

Fantastic service, beautiful and well-equipped home

We needed a last minute place to stay and luckily we came upon big yellow house! Immediate response from owner, excellent location with a large, deep water boat slip, 3 very comfy bedrooms/3 baths, great kitchen with new appliances, and incredible help from Jules! Loved our stay although much too short! A short walk from some of the most beautiful beaches in Treasure Cay.

Treasure on Treasure Cay

The house was beauitiful - like new - very roomy! Right on the channel. Everything worked great! We walked to Treasure Cay - the sand was so soft. Sand bars developed during low tide. Two recommendstions: include a coffee pot (there is a Kurig) and it should be recommended to plan to get a golf cart - if they don't have a car.already.
