「As they say in real estate…location, location, location. Treasure Cay beach is absolutely beautiful and Nick’s place is oceanfront, yet only a 30-40 second walk to the pool area. There are restaurants and convenience stores and a liquor store all within walking distance. The local owners were all remarkably friendly and welcoming. 「Loved the villa and the location. The beautiful beach is just right down the path through the villa complex, community pool which is also very close is a very nice area to relax. The landscaping through out the complex is beautiful. The villa was perfect with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We did have everything we needed there. Some friendly suggestions would be to have a few books, games and maybe some pickle ball paddles for the court across the road. Thanks for the great rental villa.」

「The villa is in a super convenient location. A short golf cart ride to the beach, local restaurants, grocery store, and the marina for a boat ride. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Has lots of games for a game night in with your family/friends. Chasity is extremely responsive when you call/message her. Look forward to the next time we come back to this BEAUTIFUL island!」
