Welcome to paradise! Located a few steps from one of the best beaches in the world, this Beach Front Villa has the best views of the beach, sunrises and sunsets. Admire impressive views of the turquoise waters right from the back deck. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax. This villa offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, living room and a full kitchen.

This villa is also a short walk away from the hub of the town. There you can find a convenience store, liquor store, restaurant/bakery, gift shop and a car rental.

Overall we had a great time at Ivan's villa. The villa itself is fairly basic, but the place was clean and comfortable. But, we weren't there for the villa. The beach is amazing and was basically deserted while we were there, 3.5 miles of beach and maybe 50-100 people in sight each day. The villa is just steps from this amazing beach and blue water and is also located a short walk from a convenience store, liquor store, and Cafe Florence and those amazing cinnamon buns. Check in was very easy and Ivan was flexible with an early check in and late check out with our flight schedule. The pool area and observation deck were great as well.I will say the villa itself is a bit dated/basic so if you need luxurious accommodations this is not your place. Also, you can't actually see the beach/water from the outdoor or indoor seating areas. None of the villas in this complex have an ocean view except for 2 of them near the pool. For us this was not a big deal, we just grabbed a couple chairs off the deck and brought them down to the beach for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the beach front location was wonderful. Rooms were clean. The check in process was super quick and easy. Our only suggestion is to have things your guests would need. Their were trash bags in each trash can but no extras a for 3 of us staying for 6 days we needed to make multiple trash runs and we’re using paper bags from the store. There was also only a very small amount of dish soap in one bottle and only a few rolls of toilet paper. The price was great and overall we were happy. Just a few things could be dialed in.

Our unit was in a most desirable location, with generous deck space, behind dunes with lush plant growth and a "garden" of shells and coral and fanciful objects.The master bedroom had opaque curtains and his-and-hers closets; and the unit had thick, thirsty bath towels. The twin beds were on platforms, providing extra storage space underneath.We met friendly folks at the daily 5:30 gatherings on a large, partially covered deck overlooking the beach, near the pool, with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit. A library/church is across the street from the neighborhood.We felt that three people would fit more comfortably than four here. We suggested to the manager that the unit could use a dishpan and dish drain, measuring cups and spoons, a tree lamp for reading, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a starter packet of detergent. The washer in the unit was out of service, but there are token-operated washers and dryers on the property.Visitors should be aware that potable water must be used, and it is available on site for 1/gallon. We'd suggest bringing foil, storage containers, your own pillows, and spices.

All the essentials, easy check-in and checkout, literally steps from the beach. AC worked wonderful the whole time we were there, and hot water ample. Groceries and especially ice are easily twice as much as they are in the US just beware. Would recommend bringing your own flavored water and energy drinks in your checked luggage. Everything was very clean. There were a few ants, but I think is somewhat to be expected. We used the ant spray that was there and had no problem after that. Chairs and umbrellas were available to take on the beach. The complex has a The complex has a very clean pool that is a short walk. Ivan was an absolutely wonderful host and available anytime we had questions. Basic kitchen items such as coffee, salt and pepper were available. Bathroom items, such as shampoo and conditioner also were provided. The unit has a hairdryer as well. I would suggest bringing an ice tray so you can make your own ice. A small bag of ice was 20 at the convenient Mart across from the unit. This is a very quiet community and if that’s what you were looking for this is your place. It’s a bit away from the nightlife in Marsh Harbor so best to have a rental car as the drive is about 40 minutes one way. The pizza shop that is a five minute drive from the unit is to die for! Best pizza we’ve had in a very long time. It’s a brick oven. One suggestion is to purchase a couple bottles of liquor in the duty-free shops before leaving your home airport. We definitely will be back!

Smaller issues

House and location was absolutely perfect. Some thing that bothered me. Massive amounts of bugs in the house, flying bugs and tiny sugar ants. Sometimes even had thwm crawling on me when i woke up in middle of the night. Ants took over food, couldnt keep anything out on the counter, had to eat everything cold or as soon as it was cooked. The last 3 days on our 2 weeks the the power kept going out, not during storms or anything just went out. So no A/C, tv or anything else. Says washer and dryer came with the house, but owner self admitted the washer wasnt working and i had to pay extar for laundry, he should have covered the charge if he advertisea having a washer and dryer. Water pressure is VERY low, except outside qhere you rinse your feet.

Amazing villa right on the beach!

This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!

The villa was great. The water warm and the weather was beautiful. Breakfast and cinnamon buns at Miss Florence. Sunset pizza has good pizza and music. Ivan the host is the best.

Treasure Vacation

This property was located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches! We have been to the Abacos before, but this was our first time to Treasure Cay. Ivan, the host, was fast with communication and helped us with all questions. He even helped to coordinate transportation to the Green Turtle Ferry one day. Our kids loved the beach, and spent many hours in the pool as well. There was more than enough space for our family of 4, the second bathroom being a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice house with great beach a cess

Once we got past some initial communication challenges regarding location and checkin, the property was very nice. Clean, good towel supply, nice sheltered seating area for windy days, lots of walking options…either beach or sidewalks.

Excellent stay on Treasure Cay Beach

Wonderful villa and host Ivan is the best. He is right next door and at your service if needed. The location cannot be beat, just steps over a small dune to the beach. The unit is in a cute neighborhood that is quite. There is a community pool and its an easy walk to a small convenience store, a bakery/restaurant with great breakfast and lunch, as well as a liquor store. All of the locals are so friendly and welcoming. The unit has a sparsely appointed kitchen but serviceable, we cooked food daily. There are a few small items with the villa that need repair, a few window/door screens, the vertical blinds on the sliding doors, the exterior light. These are all simple repairs that I'm sure Ivan will look after. We will rent this unit again and look forward to returning.

Right on the beach (really!)

Quite often when a property describes itself as "Just steps from the beach", they omit to mention that it's a lot of steps but not this gem! Just wander out to the sheltered patio, part the sea grass and there you are - right on the loveliest sugar-soft sand beach imaginable. The cottage is well laid out, superbly well equipped and a haven to relax in after a hard day exploring al that the island has to offer. To enjoy it properly you'll benefit from a hire car (most shopping options are in Marsh harbour and take time to explore the lush Southern end of the island.

Treasure Cay in October

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is wonderful although not easy to find at first. The beach and water were awesome. The pool was also very nice and clean. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with hot water in the showers and they drain slowly. Other than that, it was wonderful.

Fantastic location near beautiful beach

This is my second time in Treasure Cay and this location was by far better than another villa we stayed in nearby. It is literally steps from the beach, is very clean and roomy enough, with a large outdoor patio. Communication was primary and easy. Would stay here again!

Best location!

This property was just as advertised. Ivan is very nice and friendly and his brother Marshall very nice as he provided transportation to and from the villa/airport. We had direct and private access to one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see. Other folks in the community are friendly. Very convenient to be across the street from Florence cafe - had grouper fingers, croissants, and cinnamon buns - all fantastic, bought homemade punches at liquor store. Bought a new bag and coverup at the little boutique. And bought ice and water at the mini mart. Used Cash's Carts for golf cart rental and Chris is super helpful! Gave Capt Tom Sawer as boat rental option and had a wonderful day on the water exploring other cays. We had a wonderful time drinking coffee on the beach in the mornings, swimming in the afternoons, exploring the streets with golf cart and trying Bahama Beach Club for dinner one night - BBQ night was delicious with a beautiful bonfire on beach as we ate had a lovely waitress, and Sunset pizza was delicious with friendly service. Ivan has a gem here and we will be back!

Beautiful beach and unbelievable water!

Hello, this was our first time in Treasure Cay. We have traveled to other parts of the Abaco's too. We come to the Islands for the water and beaches. Treasure Cay is a special place, we spent hours walking the beach and enjoying the beautiful water. Ivan, the host, is a great guy. I suggest getting to know him. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for the week. We also enjoyed the community pool and we rented a golf cart too. We will be back!

Staying in Treasure Cay at Ivan’s place

This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again.

Long weekend in Treasure Cay

We enjoyed this 2 bedroom villa and the community it is part of. Nice pool, beach access and beach chairs. Friendly community , 5:30 byob cocktails on the observation deck , met many nice people. The cottage was comfy, good beds and clean. They had beach towels as well as bathroom towels . They started us off with the kitchen soap etc . Ivan was very responsive and made check in ( we were early ) very easy. The beach here is FANTASTIC . We will return . Thank you Ivan for our lovely stay at your cottage !
