We were traveling for an event at the US Air Base in Misawa and could not get a room on the base. This hotel is right outside the gate, and only about a 5-minute taxi ride from the train station. The location is great, the pricing was good, and the staff was especially helpful. The included breakfast was unexpectedly good as well, better than one of their rival chain business hotels. This location also has a public hot spring bath on the property - a very nice touch. Would recommend this...

This is an historic and rustic natural hot spring hotel high in the woods very authentic. A hidden gem. The staff was super friendly and dinner and breakfast included incredible. This was an amazing experience, staying in a renovated samurai home. I stayed in the larger suite and had a full view of the garden and a lanterned alcove just outside the bath. Everything is new and clean, and the owners clearly take pride in this historic home. Even the tatami seams are artful.

Very charming hotel in downtown Hachinohe. Walkable to the art museum, the JR line, and multiple dining options. If you like fruit, there is a fancy fruit parlor on the walk to the JR train. Staff is multi-lingual, attentive, and caring. The top floor amenities (popsicles, probiotics) were a big hit with our 12 year old.
