"Location was great, hotel was clean, and it was a good value for money. I’m generally not a fan of automated check-in and check-out, but it actually worked pretty well. I would stay here again if flying in or out of Tokyo. "

"Property is severely outdated and not well maintained. Looks to be late 60’s/early 70’s. We booked last minute and got the last room so it was not traditional Japanese. However the room was HUGE. It came with a separate living room. We enjoyed having so much space but again the furniture was very old. The hot springs were great but no there is no attendant.So if you don’t know the customs you might embarrass yourself. This place is used regularly by locals. The dining experience was interesting. It’s served “Viking style” meaning buffet. It’s a large open cafeteria setting. Not something I’m used to but I rather enjoyed it. Not much to do unless there’s snow. Theres a small ski lift a minute away."
