就在明德水庫旁，走路可到日新島。房間寬敞，床鋪舒適。可惜廁所沒有免治馬桶，整個房間只有書房一個垃圾桶較為不便

住宿品質不佳

房間有電流不穩定的問題，房間、浴室燈都不定時閃爍，到晚間就寢後，除了沒開的燈有電流聲外，連電鈴都會叫一聲，一整晚電流聲和電鈴聲應該有不下10次，睡眠品質真的不好
