Excellent apartment very well located

Very good apartment located along the canal. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a family of 5. Stephan was gracious and helpful, met us at the apartment and made sure everything was good. He spoke excellent English as well. Highly recommended. Apartment is on the 10th floor but there is a lift.

Très bien

Hormis les problèmes d’interrupteurs et le manque de tables de chevet à côté des lits, le logement est vraiment très bien. Il est spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et bien localisé. Je recommande.

What a fantastic apartment!

This apartment is just amazing! What majestic views. We watched sunset most days while eating dinner. The apartment is lived in, therefore everything works well , the kitchen the pantry, are stocked really well. Stephane is very kind and pleasant host, a great communicator, and remains very accessible to answer questions. His art decorates the walls and his artistic touch is clear throughout the apartment in choices of color, finishes, and furniture that are thoughtfully put together. We would definitely return again.

Bel appartement

Très bien situé pour visiter Toulouse et bien équipé . Hôte accueillant , arrangeant et bienveillant , toujours très réactif . Quartier calme . C’est comme si nous étions accueillis chez des amis . Le seul point à améliorer serait de mettre un rideau occultant dans la chambre des lits jumeaux . Nous reviendrons !

Wow! Appartement exceptionnel

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Les chambres sont grandes, bien meublées, et très confortables. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes et bien équipées. L’appartement se trouve au 10e étage d’un meuble moderne avec ascenseur. Tout est calme est la vue est superbe. En bref, l’appartement correspond exactement aux photos à VRBO. Surtout, nous remercions Stéphane pour ses réponses rapides aux questions, pour les explications qu’il a fournies avant et pendant notre séjour, et pour l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu. 10/10

SEJOUR TOULOUSE

Un beau séjour malgré des temperatures fraiches. Accès facile en voiture et prés du centre , du canal et du parc. De belles balades à pieds vers le centre ou sur les bord de Garonne et au retour une belle vue sur les Pyrénées.

Appartement bien équipé & bien situé

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement avec ma femme et ma fille de deux ans. Appartement très agréable, habité et donc super bien équipé avec de la vaisselle de qualité etc. L'appartement est bien placé, avec le jardin des plantes juste à côté que ma fille à adoré avec ses poules en liberté et plein d'animation pour les petits & grands. Un séjour très agréable, merci beaucoup!

Très bon séjour à Toulouse

Notre famille de 4 est tout de suite tombée sous le charme de cet appartement et de son quartier. On a vraiment l’impression d’être hébergés chez des amis tout en ayant suffisamment de place pour installer ses affaires, prendre possession des lieux et se sentir chez soi. L’appartement est très bien équipé et j’aurais bien voulu rester plus longtemps, ne serait-ce que pour profiter des bibliothèques très bien fournies. Très belle vue depuis le 10e étage et situation très agréable le long du Canal du Midi. L’appartement est conforme à la description. Place de parking très appréciée (par contre la place est assez exigüe, renseignez-vous sur les dimensions! Je reviendrai sans hésiter!

A superb apartment, with fantastic views across Toulouse.

This is a wonderful apartment, furnished in an elegant modern style. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard, the bathroom is stylish. The beds were very comfortable. It really is the perfect location to explore this beautiful city. Situated on the 10th floor the views across the city are fabulous. Myself and my family had a fantastic stay and would have loved to stay longer. I highly recommend this apartment.

Bon séjour à Toulouse dans un appartement charmant

Appartement bien pensé pour une famille, au pied du canal du midi et à proximité de toutes les commodités. L'appartement est clair, bien décoré et le fait qu'il soit habité y confère une "touche" supplémentaire car beaucoup moins impersonnel qu'un logement qui est loué à l'année.

Très bel appartement d'artiste dans un quartier privilégié

Il s'agit d'un très bel appartement avec un haut niveau de confort et des qualités esthétiques peu banales pour une location. Situé au 10eme étage (avec ascenseur) il offre un panorama spectaculaire sur Toulouse. Le propriétaire laisse à la disposition des locataires des biens culturels livres, cd tableaux) personnels de valeur. Une location à réserver aux gens respectueux.
