"We were 4 women looking for a short break and hiking. The villa is as advertised. It had great sitting areas, sun decks with great views. Fully equipped with all u would need. The host were responsive and very accommodating… If you are coming in from Nice or if this is a new area for you make sure u get detailed instructions as it is not easy to find. "Intérieur très très vieillot plutôt sale plein de toiles d’araignées, thaons morts par terre Des soucis d’éclairage piscine , barbecue ,… Hormis l’extérieur je ne recommande pas le reste Je suis très déçu et les enfants aussi "

"Maison très propre et très bien entretenue dans une petite copropriété parfaitement placée et au calme. La maison bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal car à proximité immédiate de Bormes village, du Lavandou et des très belles plages de la région (Cabasson, Bregancon…). La terrasse avec piscine est très belle et possède une très jolie vue sans aucun vis à vis ! Les chambres sont agréables et possèdent une salle de bain chacune très moderne et récentes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci...

"The villa is in a great location with a path at the bottom of the drive leading to the beach. The outside area of the villa is even better then the pictures look. Our host was very helpful, when we had any issues, it would be fixed immediately. I would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday who wants a bit of luxury. "

The kitchen is very spacious and perfectly equipped for big groups, the property is very big and has plenty to explore for children and different refuges to enjoy either sun or shades depending on the preferences. "We had a wonderful stay at the house in Rayol. The house itself is very comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, and a spectacular view. The walk to the beach is not too long, and the beach itself is very pleasant—not too crowded, with a good restaurant as well.The surroundings of the house are lovely. You will find all kinds of nice little shops, such as a bakery, butcher, and more. For those who enjoy sports, there is plenty to do: swimming, hiking, and cycling...
