「We were excited when we booked the apartment, and our expectations were satisfied in all respects. The location and views are beautiful, sitting on the balcony at night and for sunrise a real treat. Everything we needed was provided plus more, and the cleanliness was first rate. 」

Communication with Jenny, the property manager, was excellent—she was responsive and helpful throughout. 「The Avoca Beach Guesthouse was perfectly clean and tidy, well-situated a short drive up the hill from the shops and the beach. The bed was comfortable with bedlights. The kitchen was good for cooking meals and the fridge capacious. TV good. Portable radios do not work well (not the owner's fault), but there is digital radio on the TV. We enjoyed our stay very much」
