「無料の空港、ホテル間の送迎サービスをしてくれる。 ただし、２４時間以上前に予約を入れること。 この内容は、ホテルのサイトにもエクスペディアのサイトにも記載されていません。 到着時の送迎は、事前にメールで伝えていましたが、帰りの送迎は、前日の夕方ホテルのレセプションに伝えましたが、２４時間を切っているので有料になると言われた。 どこにもその情報がなく、私のせいでもないのに、余分に費用をかけるつもりはないので、何とかするよう頼んだ。 担当者が、知り合いに連絡して、他の人の送迎に便乗する形で、無料のサービスを提供してくれた。 緊急の対応をしてくれて、感謝しています。 ホテルのスタッフは、みんな親切で、フレンドリーで安心して泊まれるホテルです。」

「Best hotel of our Costa Rica trip yet. What a special place! The physical space is beautiful. The wildlife on the property and the gardens and general space were exceptional. Loved seeing toucans and monkeys right by our room. Loved walking to the ocean and river and town so easily. Wonderful boat tours of the national park with Steven. He blew us away with his knowledge of the flora and fauna of the area. Great responsiveness to emails and any questions or concerns. Also wonderful night tour...

「It might not be as fancy as it's neighbouring Resorts but what it lacks in this makes up in Manager & staff friendly, going out of there way to make it a memorable stay. Can't thank the Manager enough, helping us out on tours, getting into town and also connecting us to the next destination, making it stress free and it's just a chilled resort, yes it's basic but we loved it, great little pool which Son made as much use of it as possible and well the wildlife around the resort was just amazing!...

「Petit hôtel familial, chambre correcte .un peu loin du centre mais plus calme ..5mn des embarquements . Accès un peu perturbant car on se perd un peu dans les ruelles du village mais on s’y fait très vite . 3mn de la mer 3mn des restos petit déjeuner simple mais correct . Ambiance très sympa..」

「AC was excellent and much needed in hot, humid climate. Awesome view. Family room was excellent for cost value. Unfortunately, new obnoxious bar next door plays terrible music late into the night. Not the fault of the guesthouse and maybe not an issue mid week. 」
