「Small room but excellent location and helpful staff」

「This was our favorite stay of the trip. The hotel decoration is so cool. Room was comfortable. Staff was so nice. The included breakfast was so good. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was also great. All of the staff who helped us were super kind and very attentive. I would love to come back and stay here.」

「The staff at the hotel was really friendly but if you have issues with lifting luggage it may be a problem getting up the stairs . We were not told when the breakfast was over so when we arrived at 950 am it was over and was only given toast and juice and coffee . We really enjoyed the supper as there was only one other place that was open in the village near by pier which was already booked for the night . The stay was really quite in the hotel which was also another plus but the beds were not...

「Lovely setting. Folks who have difficulty walking would have major trouble here. I was disappointed in some of the food. I was very disappointed that we could not access the pool when we wanted to. Great for the community kids, but definitely should not be listed as a hotel amenity.」

「We picked this place because it had excellent ratings. My experience was: Very difficult to unload car on an incredibly tight road. I had a heated row with a local resident who was very aggressive. The parking which was at a public viewing point was up a steep hill about 400 meters away. The bathroom was not cleaned well with unpleasant marks in the toilet, dusty bin lids etc. cobwebs and dirt on window. House was run down and very outdated. Walk into town was about 12 minutes down steep...
