"Last minute booking at the end of a 6 day break travelling the west of Scotland. A very beautiful and unique hotel in a fantastic location, quiet and overlooking the water, but only 10 mins drive to Oban centre. Fantastic help on arrival by the reception and senior staff/manager to arrange a room with a bath and also late dining as we had been delayed getting there. Lovely varied menu and extensive drinks list which contributed to a fabulous evening! Great option to use the private HotTub, although we didn't have the time on this occasion, but definitely will do on our next stay. All in all, a fantastic hotel and great value!"

"Compact room at rear of hotel so no view. I knew this when I booked and the room was perfect for us. Clean with comfortable beds! Delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Nice staff Beautiful surroundings "
