「Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay.」

「Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream. 「What a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The view is unparalleled and the room, overall, was my favorite of all of the places we stayed on this vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the shower - perfection. Tea and biscuits every morning and they even gave me extra, when I mentioned how much I liked them. "シングルで予約してましたが、当日アップグレードして下さりめちゃくちゃ広いお部屋に。 浴槽もあって、シャワーで充分と思ってましたがせっかくなのでとお湯に浸かり、旅の疲れを癒しました。 朝食会場も広く、朝食も美味しい。 チェックアウト時、火災報知器の誤作動？がありましたが、スタッフさんが宿泊客への周知、誘導をしっかりされてて、安心して泊まれるなぁという印象でした。 総じて素晴らしい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。"
