Just minutes from Torrington’s downtown and scenic Litchfield County, it’s an ideal retreat for work and a good night’s rest. Includes free high-speed internet. This space offers artistry in every corner.

Neighborhood Note:
The home is in a mixed-use area of a historic industrial town undergoing a revival. While not a high-end neighborhood, it’s very safe—we’ve never had a security issue. We know the neighbors, local businesses, and the area well.

The home is secure with cameras and well-located near downtown, restaurants, hiking, lakes, and all that Litchfield County has to offer.

Please walk softly — this 1905 home has sturdy bones, but sound travels easily.

No drug use or heavy use of alcohol.

Enter through the side porch door whenever possible.

The front door locks automatically — make sure it closes fully.

Parking is first-come, first-served in the driveway.

The driveway is shared — please do not leave your car there after unloading.
