Upon entering the house you will find the air-conditioned living area with an indoor dining table for six people. A living room with a large sofa, from which to enjoy the lake view thanks to the large window that gives access to the terrace. Here you will find a table to sip your first-morning coffee and a rocking chair to relax at sunset. The kitchen is separate and open to the living room. Equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare lunches and dinners for your family vacation. On this floor, you will find the first bedroom equipped with air conditioning, with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden behind the house. A bathroom with a glass shower completes this floor. GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS A staircase with a glass parapet leads to the ground floor where you will find a living room with Smart TV and satellite channels. A French bed occupies the centre of the room and is ideal for children to sleep.
