Airport shuttle was helpful and dependable. Right across the entrance of the hotel, every 15mins. Walking distance to Aeroport metro station, where you can head downtown from. Beautiful hotel, in a great location. Grocery store across the street, massive mall about 10 minutes away, 10 minute walk to the train station and then about a 20 minute train ride to Alfama! Rooms are large and spacious, comfortable beds the only complaint I have is the rooms are not soundproof ...
