Great Aparthotel for TIFF

Getting check-in organized was a bit nerve-wracking, but once that was settled, this was an excellent place to stay for TIFF! It's a beautiful unit—that balcony is *incredible*—and it was quiet, well-organized, and super conveniently located.

The apartment was excellent with a good range of amenities however it was not in the expected location. We were met outside a pizza shop and escorted to the property in a newish block in great condition at 480 front street west which had a sign saying no short term let's. The fob for the apartment provided trouble free access. The agents were very responsive via WhatsApp if needed. The block seemed to have noticeable number of dogs, though soundproofing was generally excellent.

Any dining option you could imagine is downstairs in The Well or within a 10 minute walk. Lots of places downstairs close around 9pm on weekends though, so take this into account. A thriving downtown bar/club scene a few blocks north along King St was also a welcome surprise. Robbas grocery was a quick two block walk for snacks and at-home foods. As for the room, we initially had issues with the electronic fob not letting us into the gym but our point-of-contact for the room was gracious and prompt in getting this resolved. We had a relatively early checkout and I'd missed the checkout instructions when check-in, but we started laundry and dishes and that seemed to have been good enough. Definitely a 5 of 5 experience for my wife and I and we will be returning next year for certain.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the place we ended up getting was not exactly like the pictures (you can tell the pictures were of a different apartment). Besides that, super easy check in and check out. Great location. Would come again

No real view, overlooked other buildings balconies. We didn't get the building i booked as there was some issues that happened (witch i do understand happens). The new building had alot of renovations going on . The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean and comfortable.

Very nice place!!

Aasish was extremely helpful and accommodating!! The suite was as shown! Beautiful and safe property! The bed was very comfortable!!!! Definently would stay here in the future!

The communication between three people was confusing, with conflicting messages. Additionally, towels were not provided, the bathtub was not very clean, and there was a leaking iron. In summary, I would not recommend this place at all. Fortunately, we only needed the space for the night.
