Clean room, somewhat run down. Definitely needs upgrades. No way to cool down tbe rooms as the hotel had air conditioning tuened off for the whole building. Super hot in the room unless we opened the window. Then once window opened, we couldnt hear tv as it was so noisy outside. Didnt eat breakfast ...
