「Our family just returned from a great week at Surf City. The townhouse is closer to the beach than we anticipated and was very clean. The community was wonderful and everything was within walking distance. Both decks had a direct view of the ocean between the houses and it sits on s shore drive which is a less traveled road. 」

「Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....
