「Extremely disappointed with WoodSpring Suites in Thornton. The bed cover had stains. The wall next to the bed had stains of something running down the wall and the toilet seat had stains on it. Overall, the room was not clean and it did not feel safe to stay. I did not stay, requested a refund and they refused. Very upset about the situation!」

「I really wish the rooms had dressers. Impossible to unpack」

「The first night was terrible there was children running up and down the halls until well after midnight, we told the clerk in the morning and all we were told was I will check the cameras. The television did not work and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Overall, we were very disappointed」
