「As the 1st to rent this space, i was excited to see what this place had in store for us. Upon entering the home, we were hit with the smell of cat urine. It did not go away over time, it stayed and it is strong. We walked upstairs and there was white stuff all over the floor. That stuff migrated from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor.
