"Aesthetically, the hotel is beautiful and very inviting. The architecture does dates the hotel but sets a homie mood. Cons: No designated parking on the property. The bakery/coffee shop was nice but lacked options. It was nice to see that the Hotel had a restaurant (The Shuckery), but if you’re not a fan of seafood, the unpleasant smell travels into the hotel lounge. Pros: Bar & lounge setting was very comfortable. Prompt service and friendly staff. Room was nice and no issues with hotel accommodations."

"First off, the staff was extremely friendly. Everyone we had contact with was a pleasure to talk too. Our room was excellent. We chose dinner at the restaurant on the property. The decor was a bit dated, and it felt almost like something left over from the 70's. Our soup was luke warm, which was not a good way to start our dining experience, and we then opted for a seafood trio of shrimp, bay shrimp, and crab. All three were smothered in cocktail sauce. It was not exactly what we were expecting, but it is what it is. Our entree's were outstanding. I had halibut and my date had petrale soul. The vegetables were not ordinary veggies. The sunchoke was amazing. We quickly forgot about the beginning of dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the main course. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. We would definately stay there again. Thanks!"

"I loved the look and feel of the property. We enjoyed our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The full breakfast in a very nice dining room with dishes and silverware exceeded our expectations. Oh, and the coffee was top notch. We will be back."
