For the most part the experience of staying at the hotel was very nice, clean & everything in the room is all provided. With Microwave, shower, refrigerator with freezer section as well. Overall the room was great for what you're paying for; since I booked super last minute (two days prior). My only gripe, was that online stated & website stated that there is staff from 10am-10pm. However, when I arrived at 10am, there is no one there but a message at the front desk in Japanese stating that as of January 6th, staff will be from 1200-2300. Check-in starts are 1500-2200. Which was frustrating to me. As I had planned for maybe an earlier check-in availability to be able to place my luggage down before exploring the city & country.

少し分かりづらいですが、駅にも近くて静かでリーズナブル、宿泊に必要な物も整っています。欲を言えば、ドライヤーが古かった。受付の方も必要最小限の事しか言われないので、アメニティの事やヘアアイロンが借りられるのかとか、分からなかった。 夜遅くは、外から帰って来た宿泊客の音と声で目が覚めてしまいました。 少し残念ポイントがありますが、おおむね満足 です。ありがとうございました。

いくらなんでも部屋が狭すぎ、ベットが小さすぎました。 シャワールームも排水が悪く、足元にどんどん水が溜まってきますし、シャワールームのカーテンがとても臭かったです。 このクオリティであのプライスはちょっと残念でした。 駅に近いのはいいです。

立地がよく、スタッフの方の対応も感じよかったです。 ドライヤーも小型のものではなくて、良かったです。 バスタブのカーテンがカビがあったことと鏡の指紋が付いていたので、綺麗さを求める方はおすすめしません。

大変不満

お風呂の排水溝が詰まって逆流しました。 鍵なしで部屋の外に出てしまい、フロントに行ったが不在。たまたま携帯を持っていたので外部に電話し、4-5分後に来てもらったが、とても機嫌が悪く、ムッとして無言でドアを開けた。忘れた自分が悪いが、携帯持っていなきゃどうなっていたことか、、 電子レンジがあったのは高評価ですが、二度と利用したくないですね。

受付のスタッフの方が、足りなかった物をすぐに持ってきてもらって、テキパキと仕事をしてくれました。 少ない人数でのホテル業務は、これでいいと思います。手厚いサービスは必要ないです。それがビジネスホテルかな。

人形町駅から1番近いホテル

駅から1分の便利な場所にあります。街中にありながら部屋の中は静かです。まだまだ新しいホテルなのに清掃は行き届いているとは思えませんでした。残念でした。フロントスタッフが午後3時～11時までしか居らず、自動チェックインの機械も深夜は使えなくなっていました。レイトチェックインの方は事前に確認した方が良いと思います。 アメニティに綿棒がありませんでした。
