Overall, I like this hotel, it’s about 10mins walk from subway. The room was abit small for 4 person, no space to open luggages, however that could be similar to other hotel in Japan. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
We only stayed for one night with 3 people in the room. It was tight, but clean and the staff was super nice. The Kanda station is nearby and there is a lot of food and shopping options. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay. The room has everything that we needed. Location was walking distance to Kanda Station on JR line which we liked because we have a JR pass. Room was a bit too small but had everything that we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. We borrowed an adapter for free from hotel. Thank you so much.
We requested for a non smoking room.
The room we were in has a very strong cigarettes odor and it is unhealthy to breath in. The staff were great.

Indifferent, awful service
The Indian front desk staff were polite and competent. The Japanese ‘manager’ trying to force them to force me to give over my Japan residence card so that they could photocopy it (legally not mandated) was too lazy, rude and cowardly to try to convince me herself. They also dealt extremely poorly with my phone call the following day to ask if they had found my hat when they were cleaning the room.
This hotel is good, however the train stations are a bit far.
The most convenient and closest station might be the Kanda station, you need to walk for about 10 min to get there, but at least it has both elevator and escalator, and only need about 2 min to arrive Tokyo station or Akihabara station.
Another station is the Shin-Nihonbashi station, you can ride the Sōbu Line and get to Narita airport directly without switch train, but this station does not have a elevator or escalator (at least I passed by 3 entrance and didn't find any of them), if you have alot heavy or large luggages, it might not be a good idea to chose this station.

I didn't like anything about this property. The staff is rude and speaks very little English. There was no one at front desk most of the day and I wanted to leave my luggage from 10 AM (check out time) to 2 PM and was told by the manager on the phone that it was not her problem, so I couldn't leave my luggage. The worst experience possible and will never stay at any of their hotels.
