The room was tidy and cozy, perfect for a quiet stay. The check-in process was simple and convenient, and I appreciated how easy it was to settle in. A comfortable spot to rest after exploring the city.

The room was comfortable and served its purpose well. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was convenient. Some areas could be cleaner, but overall it was a good stay for the price.

The location is very convenient near shops and restaurants, Sugaml station is two blocks away, so I was able to go anywhere in Tokyo. Cleanliness was ok. I never saw an employee, check in and check out were made on an ipad

Overall was very good, there’s a 7/11 almost next door and it’s very close to several food options and the Sugamo station (which takes you directly to Shinjuku/Shibuya among others)

There was no human contact. There was a problem with the room, but no one to talk to, no contact number (with English). The location was pretty good, near a station, shops for daily needs, eateries.

Very convenient location since it is close to the train station. Check-in and check-out a little confusing but not too complicated. Biggest complaint would be the slight lingering smoking smell in the room; I would not want to stay for a long time.

The place was dusty and I kept sneezing. Also the wall are thin I can hear the people in the next room. Place is nearby to a train station and convience store which was nice. But there was no staff at the front even though it said that there would be one.

Not suitable at all

The only good thing about this hotel is very close to JR station. Just 2 minutes walk. There is a few steps before entering the hotel. It is so inconvenient for travellers. The room is messy. The carpet is really dirty. No matter how many days you stay, there is NO cleaning service during the stay. You have to buy your own rubbish bag and throw away by yourself. No towel will be changed. You have to buy toilet paper and face tissue by yourself when they used up. There is no counter that you can ask for help.
