This location was exactly what we needed. The price was reasonable and the location was great for being right next to the train station and convenient stores. The room was small but it was clean we just needed a place to sleep at night. I’d stay there again.

Single room functional. Super comfortable mattress. Family Mart and 7 Eleven right at back door. Mita and Tamachi Stations both within a 4 minute walk giving great access to Tokyo. Close to good choice of fast food and other restaurants. Reception staff helpful. Coin operated washing machine and dryer.

Almost everything was comfortable except for the carpeting in the room. These days hotels are without carpets, because carpets contain dust, mites, and stains. Also it was too sòn to turn off heating of the rooms.
