Check-in was smooth, and I was even able to check in earlier than expected. The airport bus stop for Narita and Haneda is right at the main floor entrance of the hotel, so it was extremely convenient. It is a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station, but nothing too bad. There are also plenty of places to eat and visit around the area. My suite [Garden Suite] had an in-room laundry machine which is very convenient for those who are staying in Tokyo for long periods!"
