"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. Sitting on the balcony for meals and staring out over the serene valley capped a wonderful day of exploring the Black Forest. So many interesting areas to visit within a short drive and the only problem was having to leave this wonderful home to explore the area. I couldn't have been happier staying at Chalet Foret. "
