Hotel Sonne was fantastic. The hotel itself is in the typical area style, beautiful woodwork and furnishings. Extremely clean. The location is very good. Directly in the town center and local attractions ie hiking, etc. within a few minutes drive. The staff made us feel at home. The restaurant is a top rated restaurant in Germany.

extremely friendly staff despite small language barrier

Very welcoming staff. It is a small hotel with a homey feel. I checked out and after roaming around the town a bit realized I had no place to go until my colleague returned with the rental car. I went back to them and they were more than happy to let me "hang out" in the restaurant area until I had a place to go. They even served me a beverage even though it was early in the day and the restaurant had not opened. I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond in making my stay pleasant.

とても素敵な都市でした。ただ、よりによって、私が行ったときに40度を超える熱波がきてしまい、しかもホテルにエアコンが設置されていなかったため熱中症のような症状になってしまいました。暑い時期の宿泊の際には一考いただいた方が良いかと思います。

Si tratta di una struttura che unisce la modernità (servizi, posizione, ecc.) a tradizione (centralità, vicinanza alle cose da vedere in un piccolo centro) e ben collegata con la città di Friburgo (5 minuti di treno). Da qui partono tutti i sentieri per gli amanti della natura e lo sport all'aria aperta.

Leider nicht die beste Wahl

Der Zustand der Zimmer ist natürlich immer eine Geschmacksfrage. Für uns war es jedenfalls enttäuschend. Frühstück war Standard, leider ist es auch hier räumlich so komprimiert, dass sich alles an einer Ecke befindet,so dass es sich beim holen staut. Kinder haben es dann schwer bei all den Erwachsenen Egomanen. Der Bezahlvorgang stellt sich dann als nächste große Hürde heraus, in keinster Weise vertrau mit den gebuchten Prämiennächten, obwohl das Zimmer zuvor schon abgerechnet gab es eine Rechnung . Erklärungsversuche waren zwecklos trotz vorzeigen der Belege. Muss leider im Nachgang versuchen an die Beträge zu kommen.

Nerdiges Hotel

Nerdiges Hotel. Müsste mal renoviert werden. Insbesondere die Bäder, die winzig sind. Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Frühstück mit 5 Eur pro Person sehr günstig. Insgesamt aber gutes Preis /Leistungsverhältnis im Schwarzwald, wo es ländlich gelegen wenig sehr gute Auswahl gibt.

Wat een heerlijk verblijf in Hotel Sonne. We hebben er een week verbleven en genoten van dit gezellige, sfeervolle en gastvrije hotel. De kamers en voorzieningen zijn goed. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het uitstekende restaurant moet ook genoemd worden. Iedere avond hier gegeten, Duitse gerechten van goede kwaliteit. We voelden ons thuis in dit hotel. De ligging in het gezellige plaatsje Kirchzarten is perfect voor een verblijf in het Zwarte Woud.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Zimmer ist ok mit rustikaler Ausstattung, Badezimmer etwas eng. Da direkt an der Hauptstraße ist es abends und morgens etwas laut, bei geschlossenen Fenster aber ok. Das Frühstück war gut, ebenso das Restaurant. An einem Abend war der Service zwar sehr freundlich, hat aber ständig was vergessen (Pfeffermühle nicht gebracht), falsche gebracht (Wein) oder sehr lange gebraucht ( Essen & Getränke). War nicht nur bei uns so, auch die Nachbartische hatten sehr lange Wartezeiten.
